Our Mission
The Camden Campus of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is committed to achieving and advancing the principles of diversity and equity. The Campus Office of Institutional Diversity and Equity provides support for these goals. In addition, the office serves as a focus of information about curricular and cocurricular programs and activities related to diversity and equity.

Dr. Nancy G. Rosoff directs the Campus Office of Institutional Diversity and Equity. She also serves as Associate Dean for Administration and Academic Program Development for the Faculty of Arts and Sciences.
